Arlington Court House Village Homes for Sale

Arlington's Court House village gets its name from the Court House Metro Station and, as its name suggests, the Court House village is Arlington's civic center. Its grand architecture is reminiscent of Washington, D.C., which sits just across the Potomac and is just two metro stops away. Court House is also home to Verizon, the County's largest employer.

Courthouse Plaza, a pedestrian mall located right beside the Metro, is home to many shops and restaurants. And there is no shortage of bars and pubs in the Court House village, either. Court House's quiet neighborhoods make it substantially different than its more urban neighboring villages of Clarendon, Ballston and Rosslyn.
