Sean did a great job helping us sell our townhouse this year. We live out of state and had rented the property for several years. It needed a lot of work to get on the market and most of it had to be done by local contractors. Sean has a great network of contractors who did fine work at very reasonable rates. Since we were out of state he went to the property several times to meet the contractors or utility workers. After all that work the actual sale went smoothly, and he and his team rapidly processing sales agreements and addendums.
