He then went to many, if not all, the townhouses up for rent in our area to see what monthly rent we could charge that would be in keeping with the "comps." After his suggestion, we spruced our home up, priced the rent appropriately, and within hours of being listed, we had a tenant lined up. Our townhouse was vacant for not very long at all, and a nice tenant was found. Sean worked in his usual calm, respectful manner, never backing down and never cutting corners.
